The resort grounds are immaculate. The Family Beautiful room was comfortable and quiet. I had help from most of the staff anytime I asked.
The food was average compared to my last visit. The buffet restaurant was packed most nights. I sometime waited 30 minutes to get my order taken at the main bar.

A Satisfactory Hotel Stay

The meals had very tasty and fresh ingredients. I recommend the Lebanese restaurant and the seafood restaurant. Both were excellent choices.
The service felt quite slow at times. I had to wait longer for both room service and golf carts. It took over an hour to get bananas and bread.

all-inclusive setupcold poolrude staff
The all-inclusive setup was generous with a good selection of food and drinks, even cocktails were included.
The pool temperature was surprisingly cold, even though it was advertised as heated. The two family pools were only around 24 degrees. Staff acted rude when questioned about it, claiming some guests do not like warm water. Service at the bars was also quite slow and unenthusiastic.

well-kept groundscharged mini-barquestionable food
the hotel grounds were well kept, i guess.
The mini-bar now charges for everything beyond the initial cans of soda. A cheap move for an all-inclusive resort, if you ask me. the buffet was chaotic, almost canteen-like, and the food quality was questionable. I ended up eating chips because there wasn't anything else worth it.

The hotel architecture was lovely and warm. The lobby area is large with air conditioning. I received free dinners for five nights at the a la carte restaurants, so I ate at all of them. The best restaurant was Sanafir by the beach, where Milad gave kind service. Guest relations (Vita and Nataly) was helpful and cared about my pleasure .
Some ground floor sliding doors were hard to close.
